HOW IT WORKS?
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIODS
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, you have 60 days after the delivery date.
Please note that if the return of the goods is at the customer's request, the shipping costs are covered by them.
Requirements for return:
- RMA request form
- Invoice
- Payment receipt
After submitting the form, our team will contact you and provide you with the necessary information and our address in Bulgaria where you can send the selected product.
The returned products must be packaged well to avoid any damages during transportation otherwise damages are paid by the customer.
REFUND METHOD AND TIMING
Every returned product is checked by Energy Economy tech department and the customer is informed about the status.
We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
For returns by courier, once we receive your return, we will process it within 14 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

RETURNING A PRODUCT WITHOUT A REASON
Within 60 days from the delivery date, you have the right to return the product. You can choose another product or request a refund. In such cases, the return shipping costs will be at your expense. The product must be unused.
