How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packaged and shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking information.

How fast is the fulfillment & shipping?

You will receive an e-mail which contains your tracking information once your item(s) have been dispatched. Most domestic orders take anywhere from 10 to 14 days to arrive.

In some very rare cases, a delay may occur.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer a flat shipping rate based on the weight of the entire cart:

0-10 kg. €15
10-20 kg. €20
20-30 kg. €30
30+ kg. €120

We offer free shipping only on selected products*.
* Please note that we offer a delivery only to your sidewalk.

Do you ship internationally?

BALKAN ENERGY ships to the following countries: 

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany(Go to, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain.


This is insurance that generally protects shipments from loss, damage or theft while in transit. This coverage is beyond basic claims insurance that may be provided and it will reimburse for the designated value of the goods if a covered event occurs while the freight is in transit.
Cargo insurance gives you the certainty that, if something should go wrong in transit, you will receive compensation of the value based on the commercial invoice. If there is no commercial invoice, the market value will be used to determine the amount. Transport costs will also be reimbursed.
Our Cargo Insurance fee is determined by product type. It can be added at checkout.


What if my shipment is lost?

You must send any claims for packages lost during transportation to [email protected] no later then 14 Calendar Days after placing your order.

We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement order for you if the shipping address you have provided is correct.

In addition, getting in touch with the courier provider would be wise in order to locate the missing shipment.

My order shows it's been returned to sender, what is going on?!

If the tracking information was correctly delivered to you but it was unclaimed, shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us.

New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed or had an incorrect address originally provided.

What happens when my order is returned?

Shipments that are unclaimed or have an incorrect address provided will be returned to us. If this occurs, new delivery fees will be applied for the courier services used.
