a tracking number and an insurance, equal to the product`s value.

We take extra care of the products to make sure they are efficiently packed and can avoid damages.

How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.

How fast is the fulfillment & shipping?

You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped. Most domestic orders take anywhere from 35 to 40 days to arrive. In rare cases of very far regions the delivery can be late.

In some cases, we receive with delay the products from the suppliers so we delay the fulfilment respectively.
Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. 

How much is the shipping?

We offer a flat shipping rate which can vary between  1555 depending on the product weight. All orders over €600 have free shipping.*
*  The shipping fee to Sweden and Ireland is €100.
*  Additional fees may apply for distant regions(islands,etc.) or hard to reach locations.
*  Please note that we offer a delivery only to your sidewalk. If you need more options talk to your local courier.

What if my order is lost?

For packages lost in transit claims must be submitted to sales@balkanenergy.net no later than 15 Calendar Days after your order.

We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided was correct. It would also be good for you to get in touch with your local courier to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if the tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you have not received it, we will investigate that case. If there is nothing wrong with that delivery, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

My order shows it's been returned to sender, what is going on?!

If the tracking information was correctly delivered to you but it was unclaimed, shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us.

New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed or had an incorrect address originally provided.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. It might have additional charges once our warehouse has processed your order.
