The valves are composed by a ball, two seals made of  PTFE material, one stem, two sealing rings (O-Rings), one handle and brass body and end adaptor.

Place of use:

  • Domestic water services.
  • Heating.
  • Air-conditioning plants
  • Compressed air systems

Features:

  • Lever handle in steel.
  • Body in nickel-plated brass.
  • Bi-directional orientation, that means they manage the flow in both the directions.

Maintenance and installation:

Before the installation be sure that the two pipes are correctly aligned.

Use a filter if the water contains impurities in order not to damage the seals.

To avoid the breaking of the sealing material, avoid submitting the two parts to torque.

To remove the valve from the pipe line or anyhow before to unscrew the junctions linked to it:

  • Wear the protective clothing normally required to work with the fluid transported within the line
  • Depressurise the system.

Verify the valves periodically, in function of their application’s field and in function of their work conditions, to be sure that the valves work correctly.
