APPLICATIONS IN HEATING
Heating requirements in different applications change significantly between day and night due to ambient temperature and varying occupancy levels.
This situation is further complicated by different room requirements and the opening and closing of different branches in complex installations. Electronically controlled wet rotor pumps continuously provide sufficient power in almost all correctly sized installations, while ensuring low noise emissions, greater comfort, and a significant reduction in operating costs.
 

APPLICATIONS IN AIR CONDITIONING
Unlike conventional electronic pumps, EVOPLUS electronic circulators can also be used in air conditioning systems where the temperature of the pumped liquid is lower than that of the surrounding environment. In such conditions, condensation forms on the outside of the circulator, though this does not affect the proper functioning of the electronic and mechanical sections. The unit is designed and sized in such a way as to allow the condensation to drain without damaging the structural components.
 

CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES
A single-block circulation pump consisting of a cast iron hydraulic section and a synchronous motor with a wet rotor. The motor housing is made of cast aluminum. The Scroll-type pump housing ensures high hydraulic efficiency due to its highly precise design and smooth internal surfaces. The suction inlet and discharge outlet are flanged, equipped with threaded fittings for pressure and temperature sensors.
The single version comes standard with an insulating cover to prevent heat loss and/or condensation on the pump housing. Insulation for the dual version must be provided by the installer. Special care must be taken not to damage the condensation drainage labyrinths, as this may affect proper operation.
The impeller is made of technopolymer, and the motor shaft is made of hardened stainless steel, supported by ceramic bearings lubricated by the pumped medium. The rotor cover is made of stainless steel. Ceramic thrust ring, ethylene propylene seals, and the stator housing is made of carbon fiber composite. The synchronous motor has a permanent magnet. The dual version includes a check valve with automatic switching, built into the discharge outlet, which prevents water from flowing back into the module when it is not in operation; additionally, a blind flange is supplied as standard, allowing one of the two motors to be removed for servicing. The standard configuration of the pump housing is PN 16.
