The pump is specially designed to withstand the formation of condensation without affecting the operation of the electronic and mechanical components. The condensation is discharged in a constructively provided way, which guarantees a long service life and safety of the system.

CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES
A single-block circulation pump consisting of a cast iron hydraulic section and a synchronous motor with a wet rotor. The motor housing is made of cast aluminum. The Scroll-type pump housing ensures high hydraulic efficiency due to its highly precise design and smooth internal surfaces. The suction inlet and discharge outlet are flanged, equipped with threaded fittings for pressure and temperature sensors.
The single version comes standard with an insulating cover to prevent heat loss and/or condensation on the pump housing. Insulation for the dual version must be provided by the installer. Special care must be taken not to damage the condensation drainage labyrinths, as this may affect proper operation.
The impeller is made of technopolymer, and the motor shaft is made of hardened stainless steel, supported by ceramic bearings lubricated by the pumped medium. The rotor cover is made of stainless steel. Ceramic thrust ring, ethylene propylene seals, and the stator housing is made of carbon fiber composite. The synchronous motor has a permanent magnet. The dual version includes a check valve with automatic switching, built into the discharge outlet, which prevents water from flowing back into the module when it is not in operation; additionally, a blind flange is supplied as standard, allowing one of the two motors to be removed for servicing. The standard configuration of the pump housing is PN 16.
