The DAB EVOPLUS B 80/250.40 M circulation pump is a highly efficient electronic circulator designed for modern heating and air conditioning installations in residential and commercial buildings.

It features a maximum head of 8 meters and a flow rate of up to 10.8 m³/h at an input power of only 0.14 kW, which ensures economical and reliable operation. The device operates with a single-phase voltage of 220–240 V / 50 Hz and a nominal current of 0.95 A.

Thanks to its IP 44 protection rating and its corrosion-resistant materials – such as a cast iron housing, technopolymer impeller and EPDM seals – this pump is durable and suitable for a wide temperature range from -10°C to 110°C.

The EVOPLUS B 80/250.40 M model is designed for integration into HVAC systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) in both the residential and industrial and commercial sectors. It is suitable for installations in:

Available in single pump and dual module versions and supports external control via 0–10 V signal, PWM or Modbus communication , facilitating automation and energy efficiency.
Made with bronze pump housing for secondary hot water circulation. Available in single version with 1 1/2" threaded connections, as well as DN 32 and DN 40 flange connections.
Compatible for external 0-10 or PWM signal or for communication between Modbus devices (Lonbus with separate communication module).

 

HEATING APPLICATIONS
Applied in modern heating installations, the DAB EVOPLUS B pump provides intelligent flow regulation according to the current needs of the system. This is especially valuable in dynamically changing conditions – such as day/night temperatures, variable occupancy of rooms and opening/closing of heating circuits. Thanks to the electronic control and the wet rotor, a low noise level , higher comfort and significant energy and operating cost savings are achieved .
 

AIR CONDITIONING APPLICATIONS
Unlike standard pumps, DAB EVOPLUS can also function effectively in cooling systems where the fluid temperature is lower than the ambient temperature. Condensation forming on the pump housing does not impair the operation of electronic or mechanical components. The special design allows unhindered condensate drainage , preserving the durability of the device even under intensive operation.
