Wood Boiler Prity NS26, 26.3 kW – Central Heating for a Medium-Sized House

The Prity NS26 Wood Boiler is the mid-range model in the NS series – a reliable central heating solution for a medium-sized house. It burns wood and coal and is designed for installation in basements and utility rooms. With a nominal back boiler output of 26.3 kW and a maximum heat output of up to 29 kW, the boiler heats an area of up to 145 m² (approx. 590–705 m³). The tall combustion chamber (515 mm) holds more fuel, while the back boiler with a capacity of 64 litres stores heat and releases it evenly. The NS26 can also heat domestic hot water when connected to a hot water cylinder with a coil. The built-in capillary thermostat keeps the water temperature between 50°C and 90°C. With energy class A and an efficiency of 77.5%, the boiler provides economical heating. Made in Bulgaria by Prity 95 Ltd – a manufacturer of heating appliances since 1995.

Efficiency and Energy Class

The Prity NS26 boiler meets the European Ecodesign requirements, which guarantee low harmful emissions, high efficiency and environmentally friendly fuel combustion. With energy class A, an efficiency of 77.5% and compliance with the Ecodesign standard, it provides economical and eco-friendly central heating. CO emissions are 1213 mg/Nm³ (at 13% O₂) and the maximum flue gas temperature is 271°C. The chimney diameter is 130 mm, with a top outlet.

Important for Installation and Operation

• Recommended for an open heating system. In a closed system, a 1.5 bar pressure relief valve is mandatory. The boiler has no built-in overheating protection or emergency cooling coil.
• The boiler must be placed on a stable, level and non-combustible floor. The non-combustible base must extend at least 50 cm at the front and 30 cm at the sides.
• There must be no combustible objects within a radius of 80 cm around the boiler.
• The room must be supplied with fresh air – at least 4 m³/h per kW of output.
• It is recommended that the boiler has its own dedicated chimney. Consult a specialist before connecting it.
• All parts of the system must be protected against freezing. With forced circulation, it is recommended to power the pump via a UPS. If there are copper components in the system, protection against electrolysis (magnesium anode) is required.
