Self-priming peripheral pumps are designed to work with clean water , not containing abrasive particles and chemical compounds aggressive to the materials from which the pump is made. The advantage is compact dimensions , reliability and easy operation . They are suitable for domestic use , for increasing the pressure in the water supply network of settlements, including apartments and houses in urban areas . They are also used for irrigation of gardens , draining tanks and other household needs.
The HQSm 70 model features an extremely compact design , making it ideal for installation in limited spaces where standard booster systems cannot fit. The electronic pressure switch it is equipped with allows setting the lower cut-in limit , providing precise pressure control and reducing energy consumption.
With a head of up to 58 meters and a flow rate of 2700 l/h , the HQSm 70 provides high efficiency with a compact power of only 0.55 kW , making it an excellent solution for economical and efficient water supply systems. The model is self-priming , which makes it easy to put into operation - only manual filling of the pump compartment through the special plug is required.
We recommend checking the pressure of the diaphragm tank before operation – a difference of more than 1 bar from the maximum pump pressure may lead to a sudden water supply. For HQSm 70 , the recommended pressure in the tank is about 2 bar , with the maximum cut-off limit being 3.0 bar .
