The Wood Burning Stove with Back Boiler Prity WD W24 is designed for larger homes where the stove has to carry the entire heating system. The appliance delivers 6.1 kW directly to the room by radiation and 24 kW to the back boiler, which supplies the radiators of the central heating system. The approximate heated area is up to 165 m² (volume 565 – 670 m³). The large combustion chamber takes logs up to 44 cm, which means less frequent refuelling. With energy class A and an efficiency of 76.8%, this is the medium-output model in the WD series. It is made in Bulgaria by Prity 95 Ltd – a manufacturer of heating appliances since 1995.

The Wood Burning Stove with Back Boiler Prity WD W24 complies with the European eco-design requirements known as Ecodesign, which ensures low harmful emissions, high efficiency and environmentally friendly combustion of the wood. With energy class A, an efficiency of 76.8%, compliance with the Ecodesign standard and a 3-year warranty, it provides economical and environmentally friendly heating for the whole home. The chimney diameter is 150 mm with a top flue outlet. The required chimney draught is 13.9 Pa.

Important for Installation and Use

• The stove must not be used without radiators and/or convectors installed – firing with an empty back boiler will cause it to burst.
• It is recommended that the central heating system be open-vented. In a sealed system, it is mandatory to fit a pressure safety valve set to 1.5 bar.
• In systems with forced circulation, it is advisable to connect the circulation pump to a UPS.
• If there are copper components in the system, it must be protected from electrolysis, for example with a magnesium anode.
