If you own a large house, you know that ordinary fireplaces often struggle when temperatures drop below zero. The Kratki Amelia is not one of them.

This is a powerful cast iron solid fuel fireplace insert created by the Polish manufacturer Kratki – an established name in heating solutions since 1998.

With a nominal output of 21 kW and an operating range of up to 25 kW, it is conceived for serious heating of spacious rooms, multi-level homes and open-plan layouts where real heating power is needed – without compromising efficiency or Ecodesign.

The heart of the Amelia is built of high-quality grey cast iron with 8 mm thick walls – a material that withstands high temperatures, resists thermal shock and retains heat long after the flames die down.

The densely arranged radiators along the body increase the heat exchange surface and transfer the generated energy to the room evenly instead of letting it escape uselessly through the chimney, making burning noticeably more economical.

The spacious combustion chamber takes a large amount of wood (logs up to 40 cm long) and provides long, stable burning without frequent reloading, while the built-in deflector extends the path of the flue gases and burns off fuel particles for maximum efficiency.

Operation is simple and intuitive: the ash pan slider supplies the air needed, and the built-in damper regulates the chimney draught, so you set the burning rhythm yourself.

The classic front is protected with heat-resistant ceramics withstanding temperatures of up to 660 °C, the decorative barrier keeps the logs from falling out, and the "clean glass" system (air curtain) keeps the view of the fire clear.

The "cold" handle can be detached during operation, and the removable ash pan and grate make cleaning quick and safe.
