Wood Burning Stove with Oven Prity FG D (EKO), 14.5 kW – 86.1% Efficiency and a Large Oven to the Ecodesign Standard

The Prity FG D (EKO) wood burning stove with oven, with a heat output of 14.5 kW, combines powerful heating and convenient cooking in one appliance. The large oven (390 × 413 × 190 mm) uses the heat of the combustion chamber so you can bake and cook while the stove heats your home. With energy class A+ (energy efficiency index EEI 115) and an efficiency of 86.1%, it is one of Prity's most efficient stoves with oven. The stove fully meets the requirements of the European Ecodesign standard – emissions of carbon monoxide, dust, nitrogen oxides and organic hydrocarbons are below the permitted limits. The wide combustion chamber (490 mm) is lined with vermiculite, which retains heat and keeps the combustion temperature high. The stove is made in Bulgaria by Prity 95 Ltd – a manufacturer of heating appliances since 1995.

Efficiency and Energy Class

The Prity FG D (EKO) has energy class A+ (energy efficiency index EEI 115), an efficiency of 86.1% at nominal output and a seasonal energy efficiency of 76%. It fully meets the requirements of the Ecodesign standard. Emissions at 13% O₂ are: carbon monoxide (CO) – 741 mg/Nm³, dust – 33.9 mg/Nm³, nitrogen oxides (NOx) – 80.3 mg/Nm³ and organic hydrocarbons (OGC) – 110.7 mg/Nm³. All values are below the permitted limits for this type of appliance (CO 1500, dust 40, NOx 200 and OGC 120 mg/Nm³). The flue gas temperature is 221 °C. For you, this means less wood for the same heat, less soot in the chimney and cleaner air around your home. The stove connects to a chimney with a diameter of Ø130 mm and requires a minimum draught of 13 Pa.
